If Parker wants to end the division of the two pilot groups then he should find his backbone, throw the signed copy of the TA in front of USAPA, point to the signatures of the AAA reps and simply say the NIC is the outcome and WILL be used, like it or quit! Instead, years and millions have been spent, by ALL parties, to stop the circumvent of the AAA obligations and commitments. In the end, the Federal government will state..."You signed for it, You accept it". And the AAA group will have spent YEARS under LOA93 while leaving THOUSANDS of dollars and vast contract improvements on the table for ALL of us! And for what? Just so a handful of East F/Os can get to the left seat, where they enjoy THE lowest pay in the industry. Brilliant. Just F'n Brilliant.

Chip, you are way off base. and your attempts at spreading fear, and your misplaced loyalty to this management team is most curious. If you don't agree, then disagree in silence. You have done nothing to further the goal of obtaining a contract so just pipe down. We are all along for the ride now. spend your time and effort on your family life instead of defending a company and management that doesn't give a rats ass about you.

I would have to say the silent majority are becoming tired of many things at this airline/union.

It is disappointing that personal information of any kind has been provided to unauthorized "west" individuals for any reason. It is equally disappointing that unauthorized "east" individuals have acquired my personal information (phone number) as well.

I gave NO ONE permission to access any of my personal information from any source and have not requested from any west/east group to send me their interpretation of life or how to start an illegal job action.

Everyone at this airline is fully aware of the issues and need not be mailed or phoned by individuals with "their" views and demands for illegal job actions.

I personally believe each group has valid points to support their position in many matters. While painful, the avenue this group must travel is in a court of law, not my mail box and not my home phone!

I suspect a greater number of pilots from both sides understand this and have no problem being civil to one another. It is, and has always been the small percentage of pilots that seem to C.H.A.O.S. and it is time for both the company and professional pilots to deal with this sand box mentality that disrupts our operation and personal lives.

I have to say that I at least knew from whom I was receiving the AOL mailings, but "the captain" chooses to hide his identity (not for long). When this "east" group is exposed I would expect USAPA to denounce this "east's" group's illegally obtaining private information as they did with the "west" AOL individuals.

I am disappointed that the company continues to tolerate the continuous disruption by this union and some of its members and expect this company to say enough is enough and take to task elements on both sides of the fence - NOW!

Never have I seen a union so incapable of leading a work force, much less work together, while relying solely on fear, rumors, and attacks (including physical) on its members who disagree.

This is a union of fear and intolerance and it is time for the company to start protecting its employees. I voted for USAPA but will not in the future. Nor will I vote for any current member or for anyone from past office, be it USAPA or ALPA.

I'm offended by both sides behavior and disappointed that my company allows this to continue.

I was wondering why the safety culture survey never asked how many times a week do you as the pilot carry items and pass them off onto the next crew or delay making the appropriate FDML entry?

I personally like all the napkin messages and jetway conferences from the departing captain. Seems many angry pilots do not want to be bothered with safety and procedure if it in any way causes "their" flight to be delayed yet have no issue with calling the company unsafe.

I also recall Cleary specifically telling us to burn as much fuel as we can to get the company's attention.

Where is the professionalism and judgement when it comes to the union leadership when they play these insane games with all of our careers?
